Iberico ham from Spain featured a hand slicing demo and tasting at Manzanilla Restaurant, owned by chef Dani García in New York. More than 30 Spanish producers attended this networking event organized for trade. The event, “Spain, a trip to flavor” hosted by FIAB on July 1st, aimed to connect Spanish food producers and US importers.

Last June 15th, Iberico ham from Spain organized, together with DO Rioja, a slicing demo at Tempranillo Restaurant, owned by Spanish chef Javier García Bringas. This tasting in Basalt, Colorado, was attended by 50 consumers and journalists that highlighted the features of Iberico ham.
