Last September 25th, Mario Hiraldo featured an Iberico ham tasting at Barcito Restaurant, in Chicago. Estrella Damm also joined this party, making possible a perfect pairing: Iberico from Spain and Spanish beer.

Professional Master Carver Mario Hiraldo made a demo of how to carve Iberico ham at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, in Chicago. Students, on September 25th, and instructors, on September 26th, could enjoy this carving master class and learn what makes Iberico ham different from other hams.
