Iberico ham from Spain participated in Food & Wine Magazine´s Classic Festival in Aspen on June 14-16. Iberico ham was cut by a Spanish hand slicer for tasting by consumers and chefs. The Iberico ham booth proved to be a great success. Some of the most important chefs tasted the product and admired its great quality and flavor.
5.000 people attended this Food & Wine Classic 2013, which had more than 250 exhibitors. Spain was the only country with its own booth. The Spanish booth had 24 exhibitors of different products (wine, cheese, iberico ham…).
