Iberico tapas at the NYC Spain's Tapas Trail

Iberico ham highlighted at the first NYC Spain’s Tapas Trail. From October 1st through October 8th the best Spanish restaurants in New York offered a iberico tapa and Rioja or Rueda wine, or Estrella Damm beer for only 10$.

Spanish chefs served creative Iberico tapas such as Sardine fillet wrapped in Iberico ham over grilled toast with tomato and fig or Salmorejo with Iberico ham. Participating restaurants were: Alcalá, Andanada, Barraca Restaurant, Casa Pomona, Casa Mono y Bar Jamon, Salinas Restaurant & Tapas Bar, Socarrat Chelsea, Socarrat Nolita, Socarrat East, La Churreria, La Nacional, Solera, Tertulia and Txikito.
